Get a Library Card

                       

                       Getting a library card is one of the

                               easiest things you can do.

 

Step 1 Get an application card from the front desk.

Step 2 Fill out required information.                                                  FYI: If you are under 14 this includes a parent/guardian signature

Step 3 Return completed application to the front desk.

Step 4 Start using your card.                                                            FYI: Only adult patrons can check out DVDs and VHS tapes

Internet privelages: Anyone under the age of 18 must have signed parental/guardian permission to use the computers. Parent/guardian must come into the library and fill out a form.
