Books, CDs, and audio books are checked out for 14 days.
Videos and DVDs, checked out for overnight use.

Renewals

Materials may be renewed once, EXCEPT for items which are on reserve.
Renewals can be made by phone; however, if an item is overdue, it cannot be renewed. You must have your library card number ready when you call.

Return Procedures

To avoid fines, all items must be returned before closing time of the date due.
A book drop is located on the right side of the building is available for return of materials at any time. Excluding DVDs.

Fines and Charges

A fine of $.20 per day for all items except videos and DVDs is charged for overdue materials.
A fine of $2 per day is charged for each overdue video or DVD. Rewind fee $1 per item.
As a courtesy, reminder notices are sent to patrons when library materials are 2 weeks overdue. Materials more than 45 days overdue are eligible to be turned over to the court for collections.
Overdue fines should be paid at the circulation check-out desk upon return. An accumulation of fines in excess of $2 may result in suspension of library privileges.
All checks will be deposited. Returned checks must be picked up at the library where a fee of $20 will be charged.
Color Copies $1, Printer Copies $.25, and Diskettes $1, Fax Services $1 per sheet/$1 for confirmation sheet.

Cell phone usage is prohibited in library
Children under age 14 must have parental supervision
No soliciting
Appropriate clothing is required. Shoes included.
By accepting a library card, the patron accepts all liability for fines and damage to materials checked out in their name.

Hours: M,W,F 8:30-5:00 and T & Thu 8:30-8:30

Notice: It is a violation of Tennessee law to remove library materials with the intent to deprive the Library of possession of that material. Violators will be prosecuted. (Tennessee Code Annotated 39-3-1135)
